To keep the resort safe, peaceful and enjoyable for everyone, all guests and day visitors are asked to follow these rules.

General

• Quiet hours are from 22:00 to 07:00. Please keep music and noise to a level that does not disturb other guests.
• Please report to reception on arrival with your booking reference and ID.
• Speed limit on the property is 10 km/h. Park only in designated areas.
• Littering is not allowed. Please use the bins provided and leave your unit or site clean.
• No pets are allowed unless arranged in writing with management beforehand.

Pool, playground & activities

• Use of the swimming pool, playground, mini golf and volleyball court is entirely at your own risk.
• Children under 12 must be supervised by an adult at all times, especially at the pool and waterside.
• No glass is allowed in or around the pool area.

Fishing

• Fishing is only allowed in the designated areas.
• Please follow any catch-and-release or bag-limit notices displayed at the resort.
• Take all fishing line, hooks and bait packaging with you – they injure birds and wildlife.

Braais & fires

• Fires are only permitted in the braai facilities provided. Never leave a fire unattended and make sure it is fully extinguished.
• Please observe any fire-danger warnings.

Management may refuse entry to, or remove, anyone who does not follow these rules, without a refund.
